What is Whole30?

Whole30 is a 30 day dietary reset in which the most common inflammatory foods are eliminated from your diet for the duration of the program. Throughout these 30+ days, participants eat nutrient dense, delicious foods and celebrate many non-scale victories. After the reset, each food group is systematically reintroduced and evaluated. Based on the feedback noted during the reintroduction period, individuals can design a way of eating that works for them.
